Return and Refund Policy

By submitting an inquiry through Lavorna, you accept the terms below. We have made these agreements to ensure that you are clear about our discount rules and return procedures. These agreements apply to domestic orders in Canada.

14-day right of return

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive the item to request a return.

Conditions for return

To return an item, it must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Goods that show obvious signs of use, or goods that are not in their original condition, that are damaged or missing parts that are not the result of our fault, cannot be returned. In addition, any goods returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted for return.

How can customers return your products?

Customers who wish to return their products can send them by mail. Returns in stores or kiosks are not possible.

Injuries and problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and correct the problem.

How do customers get the return label?

For returns (including the right of withdrawal)

Please contact us so that we can send you the return label by email. All you have to do is download and print the label. Please note that the shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

For defective products

Please contact us so that we can email you the label. You just need to download and print the label.

In what condition do you receive the goods back?

We accept returns of unused products in their original condition and packaging.

How much is the storage fee?

There is no storage fee.

How much do customers have to pay for returns?

In case of defective products, we will cover these costs for you.
However, if you return for other reasons, including the right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the actual return costs.

Delayed or missing refunds:

Please check your bank account again if you have not received a refund.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, you can contact us at the top of the page and send us an email. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Returns

We only exchange damaged, incorrect products, incorrect sizes or defective products. If you would like to exchange an item you can contact us at support@lavorna.com or +31 6 38092644. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If so, you will automatically receive a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. We cannot refund shipping costs. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
